On average, depending on the size of the tree and the depth of research required, the process of compiling and designing your one-of-a-kind family tree takes between one and six months.

No. You will receive a flash drive containing printable files for all the options you order. Finished trees are very large and difficult to ship once printed. The only item we print on your behalf is the book, which is published and shipped to you through fEMPOWER Publications Inc.

Before I begin your tree, we will have a free consultation call to determine whether it is possible to conduct an in-depth search of your ancestry. To get started, I need basic information such as full names, and dates and places of birth and death (where applicable) for at least your parents and grandparents. The more information provided, the easier it is to confirm that I am on the right track.

Yes. Once we have discussed all your options and you decide to move forward with our journey back through time, you will be required to sign a contract and provide a non-refundable deposit of $500.00. This deposit will be applied to the package you choose and secures your place on my waitlist.

Once your deposit has been applied, the remaining balance may be paid in full or in three equal monthly payments via e-transfer or credit card. Please note that a 2.4% service charge will apply. All balances must be paid in full before project completion, with the exception of the printed book, which is available separately through print-on-demand via our online portal.
